Description
Switch PoE 3-port 10 / 100Mbps, extender (1 × PoE 802.3at / af + 2 × PoE OUT), powered by PoE (max 50W).
BCS-xPoE3 / EXT-AT is an unmanaged PoE network switch that works as a LAN extender (repeater) and PoE power supply. The device regenerates the network signal and transfers the PoE power to the selected outputs. Most often used as an "amplifier" for extending the network over sections longer than 100m. In addition, it is ideal as an "active splitter" in situations where we need to run several PoE receivers on one UTP cable (e.g. several IP cameras), or when an additional network branch is necessary.
Unmanaged PoE switches without an xPoE series power supply are designed to work with IP cameras and other network devices powered by PoE 802.3at / af and PoE PASSIVE. The device has a very small size, which allows for easy installation in small spaces.
